The objective is to provide the residents of Riyadh an alternative reliable, efficient, and comfortable, environment friendly & safe travel option to their private car.

The Public Transportation Company (PTC) is a joint venture subsidiary of the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) and RATP Dev, which is part of RATP dev Group, Paris. PTC has been awarded a Twelve-year contract (4-year mobilization and 8 years of operation) to create and operate the bus element of the Public Transport Project.
